Hello! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington state since 2010 and practicing therapy for over 15 years counseling individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of challenges including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, addictions, relational conflict and trauma, and more.

There is no "one size fits all" structure of therapy. As a result, I treat everyone uniquely to tailor their experience to their needs. I'm equally comfortable and confident helping clients figure out 'where to start' as I am following the client's lead if they already have a sense of what they need. While I have beliefs or 'pillars' that guide my work, I see them as somewhat malleable to the needs of each client. I integrate aspects of narrative therapy, solution-focussed therapy, addiction recovery therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, differentiation theory, and existential therapy into my work. I believe that I and we can learn to have peace that's not dependent upon circumstances or outcomes.
