I help adults and teens with anxiety and depression, stress management, relationship and career issues, ADHD, and more, reach their full potential and get back to living a life they love. I aim to provide a warm, supportive, and non judgemental environment for you to explore your life and tailor our dialogue to meet your unique needs.

I am an LCSW in New Jersey with 8 years of experience working as a therapist, business coach, and life coach. I earned my Masters in Social Work at Rutgers University
after successfully running an entertainment company for over a decade. I use this business experience to help business people, and executives manage the stressors and problems that come with working in the business world. I also have extensive training in the treatment of anxiety, including panic attacks and panic disorder, experience working with grief, and experience working with teens and adults with disabilities.

My counseling style is warm, laid back, and interactive. I believe in the power of the counseling relationship, and work to build trust and rapport with my clients as we work to formulate a plan that addresses your unique issues. My approach utilizes a range of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and more.
