I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Wisconsin with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor for adults, families, and adolescents. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including OCD, Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Trauma, Domestic Violence, Family of Origin issues, Self Worth issues, and Addiction.

My counseling style is collaborative - you are the owner of your story and have the power to change your narrative. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, dignity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and schema therapy. Your treatment plan will reflect your individual needs. I am comfortable working with people of color and the unique needs and experiences that presents.
