Hi, I'm Danae. Do you feel overwhelmed and burdened by daily activities? Are you struggling to feel like you are living up to your potential and make the most of your life? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help survivors of trauma and individuals who feel weighed down by depression and anxiety to feel a greater sense of control in their lives. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a holistic approaches, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrated Family Systems approaches to help you on you journey to healing. Whether you're dealing with cycles of anxiety and depression, eating disorders, addictions, or the lingering effects of trauma, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making a courageous choice towards wholeness. This will be a safe space to heal and grow.
