Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, currently licensed in Wisconsin and I have been practicing for almost 8 years. I have worked with a variety of individuals, starting from age 11 to 90. I have worked with families and couples. I have enjoyed and appreciated the many teenagers I have worked with. I have worked with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), body image, self-confidence, grief and loss (including pet loss), sexual issues, divorce, blended families, polyamory, life transitions, career/work concerns, anger, abuse, lgbtq and veterans.

My counseling style is kind, respectful and I can respectfully challenge people when it’s required. I believe therapy can be helpful for most people if you desire to do the work to help the situation. I also understand that everyone is on their own path and therapy is not about my agenda but helping you figure out what is true for you. I also do not encourage interventions and skills that I myself do not either do on a regular basis or have tried. I believe, as a therapist, it’s important for me to do my own work on myself, not only so I am healthy but also so I can show up in the best way possible for you. I have multiple modalities I include in my therapy such as Humanistic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, just to name a few.

I think it is courageous of people to seek help and have a level of willingness to look at themselves, desire change and to live a happier and healthier life. If you are ready to take that step then I am honored to walk that path with you.
