I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) who specializes in helping those with relational issues as well as individual counseling. I help with communication problems, infidelity, family conflict, and decisions to stay or separate. I also help individuals with anxiety, depression, and other personal concerns. I'm open, accepting, easy to connect with, and experienced.

Most need help with communication, infidelity, family conflict, and feeling unhappy in their relationship. I also help individuals find better ways to cope, manage anxiety, emotional reactivity, relationship issues, and daily stressors.
