I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently practicing in my home state of Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience providing mental health services, I have offered solution focused therapy to many diverse populations who struggle with substance abuse, anger, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, parenting, relationships and compulsive behavior. I am a Christ follower who believes in the power of prayer. I also believe that the most important relationships I have are with God and the ones He places in my life. Please know that I have and will continue to work well with those that don't share my beliefs.

My therapy style creates a safe environment for clients to share the challenges they face. I aim to build comfortable, therapeutic relationships with my clients. I trust that together we will find and implement the best solutions that works for you.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, harm reduction and other proven models of therapy that meets the needs of my clients. My toolbox is not a filing cabinet for "one size fits all" treatment plans. Everyone is unique and treated with compassion. I am committed to your well being as I walk you through the deepest issues you face.
