About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with over 12 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, career/academic challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced self-esteem, spirituality, identity or body image issues.

My therapy style is person centered and holistic, focusing on the dynamic factors that make each person unique and authentic. I believe in treating everyone with respect, non-judgement, unconditional positive regard, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing. I will adjust our communication and treatment plan to meet your individualized needs.
