About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have worked with several clients, who has been diagnosed with mild to severe symptoms. I have worked with clients, who has experience difficulties with depression, anxiety, ODD, ADHD, trauma and severe life stressors. I also worked with adolescents, who are delinquent and behavioral concerns with the legal system.

I utilize varieties of techniques and strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), stress management, mood management, anger management and anxiety reduction. My desires bring healing to clients, who has experience symptoms that causes impairments in their daily functioning.
