Allow me to assist you in building a path to bliss and happiness. I can help you unlock your unique treasures whether you are a student, adult, or grandparent. I’ve worked with many male/female/he/she/they teens through adults who come from a prison of anxiety, addiction, ADHD, anger, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, and even suicidal ideations and/or attempts. I’m certified in EMDR, yoga for trauma, Mindfulness Based Stress Release for anxiety, dissociative issues, depression, anger, and DBT for bipolar, mood issues, along with CBT and LCDC for recovery. I offer the Gottman Technique for pre-marital and couples counseling, specializing with young couples in their 20s and 30s. I also offer life changing retreats twice a year in Cozumel for young couples, women, LGBTQ, and all teens with 1 parent present.
