Everyone has unique life experiences, and no one solution to life's problems fits all. I believe counseling is a team effort between the counselor and the client. I provide the support and encouragement to help you solve problems by using the therapy approach that best aligns with your needs and abilities.

I am an LCMHC. My focus is on anxiety, depression, and work issues. I help you deal with stress and being overwhelmed. I aid you in setting and meeting your goals. I also provide coaching.

I enjoy being with my family, running, and snuggling with my two dogs.
