I am licensed in Utah with 15 years of professional work experience. My clinical experience has been focused on working with various ages in individual therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse as well as increasing client motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I employ various treatment modalities to address presenting needs. My main therapeutic modalities are CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR.
