What should your client know about you? I believe in treating the whole person (mind, body, and soul) to achieve optimum wellness. Empowerment comes from within; however, I do understand how stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, and trauma can keep it dormant. My approach is to collaborate with you in a safe and welcoming environment to identify root causes, life stressors, barriers, and developing healthy tools to overcome identified issues. What is your approach to therapy? I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the client's needs. My style of therapy is solution-focused and a collaborative approach to help clients increase self-awareness and self-empowerment and restore wholeness in their lives. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I strongly believe it’s important to build rapport and trust as foundational to a healthy therapeutic relationship. I pride myself in being genuine, expressing empathy, having compassion, honesty, and creating a safe space for freedom of expression.
