I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan who has years of experience working with teens, families and individuals. I also have experience working with couples and relationship issues. I have an eclectic approach of therapy which means that I do not use just one type of approach but find the right one that works best for my client. I enjoy using more of holistic styles like art, music and yoga to help clients work though stress, trauma and depression.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that a successful therapeutic experience is created through mutual respect, understanding and honesty. Seeking help is not easy and it takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
