My name is Damanpreet Kaur Mangat. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide a safe non-judgmental confidential space, where you will feel valued, accepted, and understood. Space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings bringing new insights. We will work together by addressing your identified goals while bringing to light barriers that are hindering progress. My specializations include depression, anxiety, work stress, and relationship difficulties.I am Trilingual in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. I work with different age groups, diverse cultures, and ethnicities. I provide individual and couples counseling. I have experience working with serious and chronic mental illness, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Borderline personality, Schizoaffective, Psychosis, Major Depressive Disorder, Trauma, and Marital Distress.
