Over the years I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, struggles in relationships, family problems, career challenges, ADHD, Autism, trauma and worked with clients that have experienced emotional/physical abuse, substance abuse, and neglect. My counseling approach is warm and nonjudgmental which provides a safe place for my clients. By using an eclectic approach. I believe in establishing a rapport and making sure everyone feels comfortable by being respectful, compassionate and sensitive to all of my clients’ needs. Having a safe and secure place where my clients feel a sense of comfort is very important to me. By using an eclectic approach tailored to each client's need, clients are expected to walk away with a personal strength, new adaptive behaviors, and overcoming any obstacles which may have occurred throughout a life span. My goal for each session is to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific need. I believe being able to find freedom within yourself starts with healing and self-awareness.
