Life is challenging and can be overwhelming and stressful sometimes. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can express your thoughts, feelings, obstacles, needs, and life experiences. We will work together to utilize your strengths and explore coping strategies to help you manage stress, reach your personal goals and improve overall well-being.

I graduated from Springfield College with a Master’s degree in 2003 and I am a current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have over 15 years of experience in working and relating with clients from different ethnic and backgrounds in various types of settings. I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma issues, relationships, loss/grief, stress, life transitional, adjustment issues, and chronic health issues. I am also bilingual in English and Vietnamese. I am knowledgeable and skilled in providing behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, trauma therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices as I am passionate about helping all people improve their quality of life and achieve positive outcomes in treatment.
