As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have successfully worked with others just like you to create a meaningful, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore and work through many of the life’s challenges that impact our lives. Whether through individual counseling, family counseling, or group counseling, I provide the tools, structure and support every step of the way. I work with you to discover and use your strengths, talents, and assets. Our work together will give you the chance to finally establish and pursue what you really want in your life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, early childhood trauma, addiction, and men’s issues. I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Solution-focused Brief Therapy. I also have years of experience in helping men of color from all walks of life to work through unresolved grief and trauma.
