Hello! My name is Dakota Torres and I am licensed in both Iowa and Texas. I currently reside in Texas. I have 7 years total in practice, however the first four years was with substance use recovery. I not only specialize in that, but also anxiety, depression, trauma, and general issues with life. This could include issues within marriage, work, friendships, parenting, sexual identity, etc. I’m easy to talk to and believe that nobody should ever be judged for what they are going through. I tend to see all perspectives and tend to have a laid back approach. I look forward to helping and talking to you!
