Greetings, I'm Dajha, Life can be messy, change can be unnerving, and asking for help is not always easy. However, you are not alone in your journey. My hope is that together we can reengage connections with ourselves. In our work, I will never insist I know the best way, but rather walk beside you, providing support and care while you discover your own true path to fulfilment. As a therapist, I strive to provide interventions that are non-judgmental and culturally competent. It is my passion to help others find the courage they didn't know they had, and witness the personal transformation that comes with healing. I encourage clients to gain a deeper understanding of their internal thoughts in order to develop healthy coping skills. It is my goal for clients to increase their self-awareness and in turn gain empowerment in their healing journey.
