Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. First, I want to congratulate you on taking the first step towards improving your mental well-being. I know that therapy can be a little anxiety-producing, and it takes courage to take the first step towards a better you. My role as your therapist will be to provide you with support, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I have worked as a therapist in the school and clinical settings, which has allowed me to work with various issues, including anxiety, life transitions, grief, and more. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I aim to support you on your journey towards a more fulfilling life and help you realize your full potential. We all need a little help sometimes! I am also Spanish Speaking (hablo Espanol). As a Latina, I know what it is like to have multiple roles, cultural stress, and different expectations. I understand the struggles of being bi-cultural, a woman, and a minority.
