I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed in the state of North Carolina for 20 years. I have over 20 years of experience in individual and family therapy working with female adolescents and women. My past focus has been depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, and domestic violence. I am currently working with women struggling with anxiety due life changes such divorce, retirement, loss of a parent, new job, as well as menopause.
My counseling approach is unique to each client and treatment plans will be developed based on each client's specific needs. My counseling styles include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.
