I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in New Jersey with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with life changes, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

My therapy approach is humanistic, based on the belief that you are the best person to understand your experiences and needs. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion, with unconditional positive regard, and in providing the safe space one needs to be able to express their true thoughts and feelings without the fear of judgement.
