I enjoy working with clients and helping clients discover their inner strengths. We all have strengths; we just need to find out how to use them. In a session, I work with you to explore your true self. I help clients gain a better understanding of themselves through different theoretical approaches. I also help clients who suffer from anxiety and depression. Finding tools to help reduce or manage the symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have the pleasure of working with individuals, families, couples, groups, and teenagers, and looking forward to working with you. We specialized in self-esteem, self-development, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, family issues (parenting, family conflict), divorce, adolescents, peer relationships, industrial and work stress, executive coaching, adaptation and adjustment, anger management, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cultural diversity issues, and couples counseling.
