Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Northern Illinois. I've been in practice since 2006. I specialize in treating adult individuals and couples who struggle with Anxiety, Self-Esteem Issues, Difficult Life Transitions, and Relationship Distress. My graduate training was at Texas Woman's University, where I earned an MS in Family Therapy. I did my concentrated practicum work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I relocated from Texas to Northern Illinois in 2010 with my husband, 5 children, and 2 dogs. During COVID-19, I took my practice 100% telehealth, which has given me the opportunity to connect with even more people than ever before. In my spare time, I enjoy time spent with my family, sewing, quilting, kayaking, and tending to my vegetable and herb garden.
