This quote is a good reminder to us all that in times when we may feel overwhelmed with the stressors of life, to just stop for one moment to slow down the pace of our life and our thoughts. I know taking this first step to obtaining additional support in your life may not have been easy, but I am so glad that you did! My goal in working with you is to provide you with these small reminders and to empower you to improve what is currently working well in your life and to provide additional tools to help change what is not.
