In my 14 years of experience, I have worked with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families with complex traumas and in my private practice, I specialized in young adults, adults, and older adults who have anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked extensively with college aged individuals who are navigating change and adjusting to the unique pressures that life present. What is your approach to therapy? I utilize an integrated approach to incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of stressors including eating disorders, self harm, bipolar, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I have also worked with individuals who identify as LGBQTAI+ and believe my clients are their own best authority. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? As you walk through life, it is easy to become distracted from your highest self as trauma has the potential to leave you feeling lost or shattered.
