I will be utilizing Person-Centered and strengths-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I will learn about you and what happened to you. I will listen and help you in setting your goals and design a plan that is individualized specifically for you. I specialize in treating people who suffer from addiction disorders, depression, anxiety, shame and guilt, anger, and more.
