My name is Cynthia Seaforth and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about my work and I believe that everyone, no matter the situation, has the capability to heal and become the very-best-version of their selves. In my practice, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) methods to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, grief, and more.
