Hi, I'm Cindi Crew. I am passionate about helping others work through life challenges and build resilience along the way. I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio and have been providing therapy services for more than 20 years. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, mood dsyregualtion and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Trauma Responsive therapeutic approaches. It is important to me that everyone feels safe and accepted during our sessions. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
