Welcome, I am so glad you're here! You've just taken the first step toward a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to provide you with a safe space to work towards your healing and transformation. Although I am passionate about working with clients from all walks of life, I am especially passionate about working with children, teens, and their families so they may overcome any challenges they are facing. I have experience in providing individual and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based methods that are tailored to your individual needs and goals. My priority is to create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment rooted in acceptance and trust where you can embrace your strengths and achieve your goals. The therapeutic modalities I use most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I use sand play, art, storytelling, and games to help children work through emotional and behavioral challenges. I am bilingual and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. She holds a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Arizona Board Behavioral Health Examiners as well has a National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC) designation.
