I provide a confidential judgment-free zone for people to share their thoughts and feelings. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals who are looking to make decisions that can improve the quality of their lives. I will utilize questions to obtain your history, identify where you are currently and where you would like to be. I enjoy working with people to promote their inherent ability to be better versions of themselves. I appreciate working diligently with individuals who are looking to address concerns they have about their mental health and overall well-being. I have experience working with individuals with mental health struggles. I utilize a client-centered approach to provide medication education, work with individuals to develop coping skills, face their fears, and channel the resilience I believe lives within us. I utilize the strategies of CBT and Motivational Interviewing with elements of mindfulness.
