I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with a passion for aiding and supporting others in the processes of change, healing, and empowerment. I received my degrees from South University, and I have been practicing for 5 years. I have experiences working with children and families, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. My approach is holistic, client centered, solution focused, and strengths based. I have training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma and abuse, substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders and mental health issues. I also work with clients dealing with abandonment and issues that they have due to childhood and recent traumas, including grief and loss issues. I specialize in trauma, substance addiction, child-parent / family issues, and abuse issues as well as domestic violence. I work with people of all ages, genders, cultures, religions, and sexual orientations. I am a certified Teen Triple Provider and trained CPP provider.
