I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 5+ years of professional work experience and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have experience in helping clients with many issues, such as stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, boundaries, codependency, & trauma and abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I applaud you for getting started!

One other thing you should know about me is that I conduct sessions with my clients virtually via video. I do message with clients as needed, but don’t use this form of communication for actual sessions. Also, I am available for sessions on Saturdays and not during the week due to other obligations I have.
