Life today is more difficult than ever to navigate, and I believe that everyone could benefit from a caring, compassionate person to listen and help them along the way. I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 23 years, and have extensive experience with adults, families, and young adults. I have worked in various settings; private and public schools, outpatient clinics, and mental health agencies.

I am able to quickly connect with my clients in order to expedite the process of identifying the core issues and creating a plan to tackle them. My clilents describe me as warm, compassionate, and down to earth, and enjoy when I use humor to help them feel at ease. I believe in beginning where the client is, and I use a combination of solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral techniques.
