Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor, M. Ed., SAC, NCC, M.M. Life is often not easy. If you are feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, depressed, or anxious, the first step is to reach out! I am here for you. I work closely with adults, adolescents, children, and families, who wish to change something that is not working for them. I provide effective treatment for anxiety, depression, mood management, behavioral issues, grief/loss, and career coaching. I practice using an eclectic mix of therapies dependent on the presenting problem. I am interested in helping you find your strengths and giving you a tool set for effective, but realistic treatment options. All of your input is important and valued. Additionally, I hold a Master of Music degree and use the arts as a healing modality for those who enjoy or have an affinity for the arts. We will work together as a team.
