I am licensed in Virginia with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression and grief. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or criticism. My foundational approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use modalities from Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, and Behavioral Therapy.
