About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with almost 4 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges that include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, grief and guilt, homelessness, and individuals in the criminal justice system. I have worked in the criminal justice field as well as different behavior health hospitals, and a homeless shelter.

My counseling style is welcoming and non-judgmental. Whenever you work with me, you will be treated with respect, empathy, and supported through your journey. I would describe myself as open-minded and able to see others perspectives. Using solution-focused therapy will aid me in helping you throughout this process. I would love to work with you along your journey.
