Hi there, I'm Cynthia. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a decade. Do you feel overwhelmed or easily triggered? Maybe the day-to-day expectations and routines are getting to be a bit too much and you need a safe space to vent. I help recovering people-pleasers and highly anxious humans find inner peace again. Together, we can identify what's not working, develop new habits and get you back to balance. We'll use a client-centered & holistic approach, to help you feel at ease and whole again. I am very solution-focused and once we set clear goals, I will help you reach them. I consider my clients to be like puzzles and my goal is to help you figure out what pieces are missing, feel extra and need to remove or change.
