I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience. I am committed to helping others with mental health struggles. I was drawn to family therapy to understand my family's dysfunction and how it impacted me growing up. My training has been instrumental in bringing relief to individuals. Couples and families. Solution-focused treatment and brief treatment methods work. I engage with my clients to mutually work on treatment goals incorporating homework to increase resolution to completing treatment goals.
