My name is Cindi Gray, LCSW (pronouns she/her) I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration and a Master of Social Work Degree with a focus on social justice. I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2015. Prior to that I have worked in end of life care and advocacy in support of all persons receiving quality medical and mental heath care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist and seek to create a safe space to share your unique story.
I have supported individuals for most of my career in the area of elder advocacy, gender issues and grief and loss. I have a commitment to inclusion in my personal and professional life and consider therapy very life affirming for myself and the clients I work with.
I work with adults and teens to cope with everyday concerns as well as anxiety, depression grief and trauma.
I believe in the philosophy of Beginner’s Mind or starting therapy with someone without any pre-conceived ideas or expectations. Starting where you are at with a variety of therapeutic interventions to work with to bring better coping and inner strength to your life.
