I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I have been in both private practice and Clinical Director of several treatment centers over the past 20 years. I use a variety of techniques with my clients, specializing in addiction and unresolved dysfunctional family issues. Many of my clients have complex trauma stemming from childhood and lack skills to live life in a healthy way. Many struggle with negative behavior patterns that they continue to repeat even after having negative consequences. Much of this frequently leads to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors

My approach to therapy is meeting each client where they are and collaborating with them to reach their goals. We do this through education, self exploration, and practicing new coping strategies. I believe that change is always possible and patterns can be broken, leading to a fulfilling life. I would be honored to join you in your journey.
