Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Southern California. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 7 years. I graduated from California Baptist University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in 2014. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Human Development from Cal State University San Bernardino in 2011.

In the last 7 years I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked primarily with individual living with pervasive mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and history of trauma, I have also worked with people who are working through life transitions and those who are working on a better self.

I believe that one key to treatment is the relationship between Therapist and Client. I strive to create a relationship where the Client feels safe and willing to share their true feelings without fear of judgement. As a Therapist I will encourage, provide insight, and at times even challenge the Client to elicit growth. My approach will combine Client-centered approach, solution- focused, cognitive behavior therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy when necessary.
