I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been in practice since 2005 when I graduated from Stetson University. I have a diverse work history and began my career working as a Clinician in the area of foster care. Next, I worked in a Residential Treatment program from 2007-2014, first as a Clinician for the Women's facility, and then as a Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, and Assistant Program Director for the Men's facility. In 2014 I began working in private practice, as a sole practitioner, and a subcontractor. Since 2018 I work as a sole provider for adults and couples.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, am systems oriented, focusing on family history, messages through the lifespan that continue to cause distress, and trauma, due to dysfunctional patterns of behavior. I have completed training and Supervision, as an Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing therapist, or EMDR, and find this to be very helpful to clients in order to facilitate relief from distress, caused by stress, anxiety, depression, and negative personal beliefs, as well as trauma, whether due to long term messages received or Post Traumatic Stress.
