I am licensed in Oregon with over 10 years of professional work experience with individual, couples and families. I have experience and training in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. Counseling provides a safe and confidential environment in which an individual is given the opportunity for growth and self-awareness within the context of a therapeutic relationship. I believe each person’s current mental health and unique worldview has been shaped by previous experiences, and can be improved through a holistic approach of healing past wounds and the balance of mind, body, and spirit. The theory that guides my counseling approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy. This means that, together, we will examine and assess your current emotions, thought processes, and patterns of behavior, based upon your attachment style. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) through EMDRIA. For some clients, the EMDR modality can be used to address trauma. This is done online through the Find A Therapist app. I will honor your spiritual/religious practices and try to incorporate them into your counseling sessions if desired. I am LGBTQ+, kink and BDSM friendly and knowledgeable.

***Please note: my work hours are full-time, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I take Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays off.
