Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been licensed for three years. I have worked with individuals in various stages of life as well as well as with various presenting concerns. Those concerns include anxiety, depression, career challenges, life change, family conflict, past abuse and social skills. My counseling style is open and tailored to my clients needs. I believe in building rapport with clients and understanding his/her/their needs as well as cultivating an environment in which they feel comfortable and safe. I use a client centered approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy. I am open to client feedback and want to provide a time for the client to feel secure and free to share as needed. Seeking counseling services takes courage and I value and honor client's needs and desires.
