Hello, I’m Cybele, and I’m an LCSW with over 10 years of clinical psychotherapy practice and a massage therapy practice before that. So I've been caring about people's health and wellness for a long time. I care very much about your search for excellent mental health therapy. I care about you feeling heard and honored in sessions. Respecting diversity and social justice is also very important to me. We will build rapport together and use evidence-based treatments to best serve your needs. I enjoy assisting people with a variety of issues including anxiety, work stress, life transitions, depression, and communication skills, among others. I find it very rewarding providing support for other professionals in health care fields. I have specific training providing excellent support for traumatic grief and bereavement. That's a specialty of mine. You will also find me well-trained in many therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, mindfulness, depth therapy, narrative therapy, and more. A big emphasis is on compassion-focused therapy that will assist you in being kinder to yourself.
