Hello! I have over 13 years experience in providing individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believe that life is a journey full of discovery if you just take a moment and invest in yourself. God speaks to us in every season of our lives, and thus life gives us opportunity to learn from our past and present. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to walk along side people in various seasons. We've spent time investing and learning additional coping skills and finding joy in the middle of storms.
