My name is Curtisha Taylor, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor in the state of Texas. I have over 10+ years of paid experience providing individual, family, couple, and child/teen therapeutic services. My background experience includes working with persons with depression, anxiety, work-related stress, family stress, marital stress, self-harming behavior, trauma, substance use/abuse, OCD-related anxiety disorders, and some experience working with eating disorders. I believe that the client should have the autonomy to navigate through finding solutions that will work for them while getting therapeutic support in the process. I am comfortable implementing CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, and Client/Person-Centered Therapy, to name a few. I approach every client with respect and compassion while also challenging them to take control of their outcomes in life.
