Seeking out counseling services can be scary. Taking that first step in looking for a counselor is already a big accomplishment. I look forward to working with you and being part of your counseling journey. My education background includes MS Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Additionally, my work experience has given me the opportunity of working with diverse populations. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma. 

Counseling is a collaborative effort and my counseling style includes using an integrative approach. It is my goal to tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Whether you are planning to overcome specific challenges or looking for support, I am here to help.
